Returns and Exchanges Return Policy

Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, unadjusted, or defective merchandise purchased on for return or exchange within 20 days of receipt.

For returns received within 10 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If received after 10 days, a Optical2020 store credit will be issued.

Please note: If you paid with a store credit, a new store credit in the amount of the credit will be issued.


Refunds will be issued the next business day after the return has arrived to our address. Shipping costs plus $10 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

When Will I Be Refunded?

Your return will usually be processed by your bank within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.

Exchange Policy

Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, please e-mail us to confirm availability. We will e-mail you the return instructions. 

Uneven Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, please e-mail us to confirm availability. We will e-mail you the return instructions. 

Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.

How to Return Merchandise

To obtain authorization to return your eyeglasses, please e-mail us first. Depending on your contry and eyglasses brand, we will provide a detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the return to us.

Price Adjustments

Should an item on be marked down, please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment for a one-time price adjustment. Contact us to request a price adjustment.

Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a store credit , a new store credit will be issued for the amount of the credit.

We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
